first snow!

this morning it was snowing for the first time this autumn/winter, the roofs are still white, and it's freezing cold.
(two weeks ago I was at the beach...)

Tomato Soup Anyone??

a bunch of tomatoes- skins and seeds removed.

in a hot pot with onion, olive oil and garlic, add some basil

salt and pepper to taste and cook for awhile.

When it smells good let it cool and blend-

eat it up Yum!
