the pie experiment

so yesterday was the big day.


and all went well until it was served and tasted. ;(


it wasn't nearly half as good as camilla's pie and I didn't like it at all (too salty/cheesy).


maybe I'll try to do it again (maybe the cheese wasn't right? I used english cheddar), maybe not...

    It certainly looks good. Maybe it was only you that didn't like it? What did the others say?
    I didn't weigh my chees, maybe I used less... I just split the chees I had in two parts. Or maybe it was the chees itself. To bad. I hope someone else tries.
